By accessing or using Oli™ ("the Service"), a college coaching service provided by Driftline Strategy LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, and students.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

3. Description of Service

Oli™ is an AI-powered college coaching service designed to help parents, guardians, and students navigate the college application and planning process. The Service includes:

  • Personalized college guidance and planning assistance
  • Scholarship matching and deadline reminders
  • Application support and financial aid guidance
  • 24/7 access to ask questions and receive AI-generated responses
  • Progress tracking and milestone celebrations
  • Parent/guardian updates and dashboard access (for paid subscribers)
  • Premium family support with expert college counselors (for premium subscribers)

4. Service Tiers

Free Student Support

Students receive personalized college guidance, scholarship matching, application support, and 24/7 access to ask questions at no cost.

Parent/Guardian Updates

Available for $19.99 per month or $199 per year. Includes monthly progress updates, deadline alerts, personalized timelines, direct access to ask questions, and insights into student progress.

Premium Family Support

Includes all Parent/Guardian Updates features plus access to an expert college counselor, monthly family strategy calls, essay review, customized college list development, and financial aid optimization consultation.

5. AI-Powered Service Disclaimer

Oli™ is an artificial intelligence-powered service. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service uses AI technology to generate responses and guidance, which may not always be perfect or complete
  • The Service is a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional college counseling, school counselors, or other educational advisors
  • You should verify important information, especially regarding financial aid, application deadlines, and college requirements, through official sources
  • We are not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI-generated advice without additional verification or professional consultation
  • The Service may not account for all individual circumstances, and personalized professional guidance may be necessary for complex situations

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not share your account with others
  • Verify important information through official sources
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIFTLINE STRATEGY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
